VEGAN lasagne recipe


 

Recette de lasagne vegan:

Ingrédients pour la bolognaise:

  • 2 oignons
  • 1 échalotte
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • 1 carrotte pelée et coupée grossièrement
  • Huile d’olive extra vierge
  • Protéines de soja en petits morceaux (disponible en magasin bio) 175g
  • 2 pots de sauce tomate au basilic
  • Epices: 1 càc de paprika doux, 1 càc de paprika piquant, sel, poivre, une pincée de piment d’espelette, ail en poudre
  • Romarin et thyn FRAIS

Ingrédients pour la béchamel:

  •  ¼ cup d’huile d’olive
  • ¼ cup de farine ou plus jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pâte
  • Lait de soja ( jusqu’à obtention d’une consistence crémeuse)
  • Epices: Levure maltée (1/4 cup), sel, poivre, noix de muscade

 

Fromage vegan: marque veggi filata

Feuilles de lasagne: Barilla, aux épinards

Ingredients for the bolognese:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot peeled and cutted
  • Some olive oil
  • 175g of soy protein
  • 2 jars of tomato basilic sauce
  • Spices: Smoked paprika, hot paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Fresh rosmary and thyme

Ingredients for the bechamel:

  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of flour
  • Soy milk
  • Spices: ¼ cup of nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, fresh nutmeg 

 

Start by cutting the onions, the shallot and the garlic and add them to a pan with some olive oil. Add the spices. Add the soy protein and keep mixing. Then add the tomato basilic sauce and the fresh rosmary and thyme and let cook for about 15-20 minutes. While the bolognaise is cooking, we are going to make the bechamel. Put ¼ cup of olive oil in your pan and add the flour. Keep mixing until you get a paste constistancy. Then add the soy milk and keep mixing until a creamy consistancy. At that time we are going to add ¼ cup of nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and some fresh nutmeg. 

To make our lasagne, we will first put some basic tomato sauce, then add a layer of lasagne sheets, then some bolognese, then some lasagne sheet, then some bechamel, then a layer of fresh courgette cutted with a mandolin and so one. Finish by a layer of bechamel, add the vegan cheese and ¼ cup of nutritiona yeast.
